Welcome to the NEW Fall Lax Invitational and Future Stars Showcase
The annual Fall Lax Invitational, hosted by Hall of Fame Coaches Dave Cottle and David Pietramala, is BACK and we are shaking things up. This fall, athletes will enjoy a two-day weekend event with an exclusive showcase jampacked with D1 college coaches on Saturday, followed by team tournament play on Sunday. Please register for each event separately.

The inaugural Future Stars Showcase will take place the day prior to the Tournament, and will be directed by an elite group of D1 lacrosse coaches with one-on-one and positional instruction in addition to skills and drills, mental toughness training and preparedness for the next level of competition.

Tournament Rules
-
Teams will play current NCAA rules, without shot clocks.
-
2 – 22 minute running time halves will be played.
-
Game time will be kept at the scorekeepers table.
-
Penalty time will be start/stop and kept at scorekeepers table.
-
Teams will be allowed 1 timeout per game.
-
4-minute halftime.
-
Teams have 20 seconds to clear the ball over midfield from the defensive half. (Officials will keep the 20 second timer on the field).
-
Once the ball has crossed midfield with possession the offensive team may not cross over midfield again (Over & back).
-
No diving in the crease.
-
Teams will switch sides at the end of the half.
-
If officials deem a team to be stalling, a “Timer On” call may be used and the offensive team will have 60 seconds to take a shot.
-
If the game is tied at the end of regulation, a 4-minute overtime period will be played and the next goal scored wins.
-
There are NO timeouts in overtime.
